| Generally,
an appointment is made to meet at your home. All we need from you
is a completed and signed Canine
Care Survey, proof of your pet's current rabies vaccination (in
the form of a tag or receipt from a veterinarian), and a means of
future access to your property (i.e. a key). Note: Canine Care Survey is a printable PDF file which will open in a separate browser window. |

Invoices are delivered in the first week of each month and are due upon receipt.
Payments are to be sent in the return envelopes provided. We do not accept credit cards. Past due balances are charged 5% per month. Delinquent accounts are turned over to a collection agency. |

Simply call us and let us know you would like to close your account.
Let us know what you would like us to do with your keys (i.e. return in person, by mail, or dispose of them). Provide a forwarding address, if necessary. |
