	We recognize the importance of hiring quality caregivers. After filling out an application and completing an interview, we check the references, criminal and credit histories of prospective representatives. Upon hiring, the representatives receive training. You are welcome to meet any of the representatives, free of charge. There is a high representative turnover rate in the pet care profession, but we do our best to provide the same representative on a regular basis for as long as possible. We hire a "rover" who is on call to fill in for a representative who takes time off.



	Insurance We are bonded, which makes us liable to reimburse our clients in the event one of our representatives commits a theft. Our insurance covers pets biting other pets, pets biting people, replacement of door locks in the event we lose a key, and injuries sustained by a representative on a client's property. A complete copy of our insurance policy can be provided upon request.
